  • When will I receive my refund?
    We strive to issue refunds as quickly as possible. You should receive your refund within 15 business days after your returned item(s) is/are received at our warehouse.
  • How do I return or exchange and item ordered via iknation.com or iknation.online ?
    If you wish to exchange or request a refund, for all or part of your order, you may initiate or notify to us (notification of withdrawal) the return of any item(s) ordered via iknation.com within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date for a refund; or thirty (30) days from the date of delivery for exchanges. Returning a product for exchange or refund is free of charge when you use our pre-paid return label service. In order to do this, you must return the Products to us via our carrier, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of your notification of withdrawal, by using our system of pre-paid return labels. Item(s) may be returned free of charge using our prepaid return label system. Item(s) returned must be in their original condition (packaging and protection). Please note exchange is dependent on items availability. In case of an exchange, please contact us by email at contac@iknation.online to check and secure the availability of the item you desire. Return instructions: You can contact us via contact@iknation.online and we will create the return for you and provide you with the return label by e-mail. Particularities for gifts: If item(s) were a gift, you may only exchange them for item(s) of the same value or of a higher value. Please contact our Customer Service department via contact@iknation.online , and we will create the return for you and provide you with the return label by e-mail.
  • Do special return conditions apply to any products?
    Conditions for returning fragrances: Perfume, make-up and beauty products must not have been opened and must be returned in their original packaging with their transparent film. When returning a defective product or a product that has been damaged during delivery, you must ensure that the bottle is still sealed; if this is not the case, please contact IK Nation via email at contact@iknation.online The return by post of perfume and is not possible. This type of products is regarded as dangerous goods and cannot be returned using our carrying firms’ services. To return a perfume , please contact our Customer Service via contact form or by email at contact@iknation.online and we will provide you with instructions regarding return procedure including return labels.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
